Privacy Policy

Peak City Landscaping makes four commitments about your information, and the rest of this page explains how each one works in practice.

Commitment one: we only collect what a job needs

When you telephone, the call presents the number you are calling from, and we take notes on what you describe — the property, how it is accessed, the slope and condition of the ground, the work you want and when it suits you. Calls may be recorded, largely so that details given verbally survive accurately to the estimate and the schedule. If you use a quote form on this site instead, we hold what you entered there. The website also produces the ordinary automatic records any website produces: browser and device type, the pages opened, and the approximate region of the request.

Commitment two: we use it to do the work, and nothing else

Information is used to reply to you, to prepare and book an estimate, and to carry out work you have agreed to. It is not turned into advertising audiences, and it is never used to approach someone who has not approached us first.

Commitment three: we do not sell it, and we keep the circle small

Personal information is not sold, rented or traded — not in part, not in aggregate, not to anyone. Inside the business, it reaches the people arranging or carrying out your job. Outside it, only the ordinary providers a business cannot operate without: the telephone service that carries your call, the hosting that serves this website. Those providers act on our instructions and for our purposes, not their own. The single exception is a legal obligation to disclose, which we would comply with and would not otherwise volunteer.

Commitment four: you can find out and you can say stop

You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. If you would prefer a call not to be recorded, say so as the call begins and it will not be. These are not favours; they are how this ought to work.

Retention

Enquiry and job records are kept while they remain useful for scheduling, follow-up work and ordinary business records, and are disposed of once they are not.

Cookies and analytics

Standard analytics may set cookies that count visits and indicate which pages get read. Every current browser can block or clear them, and this site continues to work if you do.

What to Confirm Before Work at Elevation

Send the priorities, access constraints, grade concerns, and timing for your property. Peak City Landscaping will use that context to prepare a focused estimate.
